I don't trust this firm, no pun intended. My friend set up a trust with the Collins Firm to make sure that his disabled son could stay in house for the rest of his life. Mortgage paid off. The trust was to maintain the house and pay taxes for the rest of his life. My friend passes away and the caregiver is now told by the trust that they have to sell the house and move out. They completely went against my friend's wishes. I know for a fact that his request was for his son to stay in the house. My only guess is that they make money from how much is in the trust. So just to make more money they're kicking an autistic boy out of his house. I see where their values lie. Don't use them. Your firm wrote the trust. It can only be managed as written. Then you should make it right so the boy can stay in his home.

They have done a great job with our POAs. I would highly recommend them.
