Mr. Matney is an awesome lawyer! From the moment I chose him to represent my case, I knew I had made the right choice. He and his staff were always in contact with me keeping me updated. I was given a ticket for speeding in a work zone late at night outside of work zone hours. This ticket would've given me a huge fine plus possible reckless driving. Not only did Mr. Matney get the ticket reduced to 1-9mph over, he also agreed to go back to court to appeal the case. Ultimately, he was able to get my case completely dismissed!! I also wasn't able to appear in court on any of the dates given and he was very accommodating to my very busy schedule. His pricing is also extremely fair in comparison to other firms in Hampton roads. I highly recommend Mr. Matney and his firm for speeding ticket cases.
