After a year of back and forth shared custody with my daughters toxic father I decided it was time to take full custody and transfer the already in place custody agreement out of state and making changes to it. I started searching for lawyers to talk about the steps I needed to take to make things happen how I need/wanted. I’d spoken with a lawyer in wv a year ago and he seemed uninterested and left a bad taste in my mouth so I was nervous from the start but Jennifer was absolutely God sent! Truly an answer to a prayer. She asked me questions, gave me three options on which route I wanted to take, and then instructed me on what I needed to do on my end to make things happen. At the time of my court date she was prompt and clear with the judge on what I was seeking and what my next steps were following the hearing and gave full detail of the already existing custody in place, and left the hearing with being granted everything I asked for. I will always recommend Jennifer for anyone and look forward to having her representation in the next step of this journey!

Jennifer is an outstanding lawyer. I worked with her from 800 miles away and she accomplished exactly what needed to be done, promptly.
