I was referred and Mrs.Ukes is horrible for three years this lady never contacted me I was extremely sick, lost my career, lost custody of children all behind a car accident , which was not my fault only have poor representation that played with my lively hood, my children cases, my youngest child was 6 months at the time and is 6 today this should tell u how long they had my case I'm beyond displeased, I've had my rights violated, client confidentiality doesn't exist violated client cannons and their legal oath I am suing this law firm for negligence

Came to law firm only to experience miscommunication and no legal work preformed no evidence collected that needed to go be retrieved eventually got destroyed and now my case is worthless after their attorney lied to judge do not come here waste of time and the violated client confidentiality speaking to ppl in my family who have nothing to do with my civil case and accident just the worst currently under investigation by bar

Robert neeley lost license left me without representation. These folks handled case awhile ago and only take cases know can win, somehow even with Blackbox and police report not admissible Commonwealth without expert witness created functions presented judge. Feel more and more conspiracy, I've been blacklisted some skull and bones club proud community competently laundering cases private sector that forced deal with public such as myself get afford deserve day in their court degree'd lawyers politicians. Not matters this deleted manipulated expert witnesses not hold consumer liable their jurisdictional negligence. Since have no marketable skills nor graduated from their cool kids club I am kicked to curb similarly Lowell "the hammer" Stanley. Civil proceedings what's in a name labeled developed cultivated delusion of grandeur.

I hired Jeffery Swartz last yr. He was nonchalant far as about the case. He wasn't worried. I had 4 misdemeanors and 1 felony charges against me. Defendants had alot of evidence of me. Attorney Swartz showed out in court. I got everything dismissed!!! I highly recommend him. He kept and attended every appt we had. He is well known, not cheap to obtain. But well worth every penny!
