If you're buying a home and need a closing attorney, I highly recommend Patrick Carollo. He was patient and kind throughout the process, quick to respond and resolve issues, and his fees were reasonable compared to others I considered. One important note, at the last minute I had a problem with my out-of-state bank wiring funds for closing. Patrick intervened and eliminated the drama in time to keep everything on schedule. Also, as a newcomer to Richmond, Patrick provided great recommendations for reputable companies to service my home along with amazing restaurants and areas to take visitors. Thank you Patrick!

I have to say I was extremely disappointed in Kane, Jeffries specifically Patrick Carollo. My initial call with Patrick was great so we decided to use him as a lawyer for a sale we were participating in. Once we committed and started the process everything went down hill. Patrick missed delivery dates that he himself promised to hit. Then after missing the dates he would not return calls and when he did they were short emails that didn’t cover all questions asked. Patrick knew we were too committed to switching and leaving so he had us in a corner. Lastly, he took the opportunity to charge more than double what was initially quoted and when we question the overcharge he knocked it down to double the quote saying it was a misunderstanding. This double amount was still 75% higher than other lawyers quoted amounts. There was no misunderstanding except for the fact Patrick knew he could get away with it. We paid it because we were in a corner. If you’re using a lawyer it is a big deal and you want someone you can trust. We unfortunately could not trust them one bit after all of the issues.

My husband passed away unexpectedly several months ago. I tried two attorneys prior to my realtor suggesting Patrick Carollo. The Will I had was not valid however he was able to honor the request of my late husband and promised he would make it easy. He is a five star attorney that gained my trust because he delivered what he promised. He will be my go to attorney to redo my Will. One last kudo he even answers the phone when in the office or will call back. As a senior citizen that is appreciated.

Great Lawyer for closing on property's

I don't know if I can adequately verbalize the amount of gratitute I have for Matt Roberts. He has helped me navigate a difficult and on-going civil matter for the last two years. He's incredibly smart, strategic, and deliberate. I can't imagine where I'd be today if not for Matt.
