We first heard of this Lawfirm in 2013 from the seller of a townhome we were buying. From my experience in as a mortgage loan officer, I knew there could be some savings if both parties used the same agency. Patrick Carollo was the attorney assigned for our transaction and closing. He and his assistants were fantastic to work with. Things went so well we have used him and this firm for 2 more Real Estate purchases and 3 Real Estate sales. For the sale of our townhome properties our buyers accepted our advise to use him and in each case they were very pleased as well. We went on to use Mr. Carollo for our Last Will & Testament, Advance Medical Directives and Power of Attorney preparation and execution. Friendly, competant, personable and a genuine nice guy. Unfortunately since we moved to Florida we can no longer use their services and have yet been unable to find representation anywhere near what we had received thur Kane Jeffries, LLP.

Great and quick response.

This is our second time using Kane Jeffries; first was when we bought our home and today was to refinance. This was a perfect and smooth process even with COVID-19. Patrick, the attorney, came to our car wearing a mask, and socially distanced while still explaining everything perfectly! We took about 15 minutes to sign everything on our own in the car, thanks to their thorough tabbing before our arrival. This level of care and precaution means a lot to us because I am immunocompromised. Thanks so much to Kane Jeffries for being so wonderful to us!

We worked with Patrick on our settlement and it could not have been an easier experience. His team was so quick to respond to our questions and kept us updated along the way. They worked seamlessly with our lender and we felt completely prepared for settlement day. This was also our first home purchase and I never once felt that any question was too silly.
