I was a little nervous going in since I was closing on my first home, but this firm, specifically Patrick, made the experience a memorable one. He took the time to thoroughly explain each document that required a signature while managing to be friendly and personable. Highly suggest working with them!

It was my first time purchasing a location and I called Mr. Kane for a Certificate of Satisfaction. He took a while to respond, so I did the google research and found out I was able to do it myself; therefore, I did the form by myself and sent it in by mail. Mr. Kane later calls me and tells me he figured out what I needed and I explained to him that I had done it myself just because it wasn’t as hard has I thought it was. He then told me that I wasted his time in a really rude voice and kept talking over me when I tried to explain myself. He made me feel so guilty and that I did something wrong. Then he just hung up on me because I was getting upset that he didn’t let me talk. I really tried to be nice but he was calling me a waste of time. It was hurtful and I will NEVER do business with them again.
