I hired Andrew to help me with my case. His fees were very reasonable and he provided excellent customer service. He was able to arrange enough time for me to work on a case in Maryland and even worked with the MD lawyer. At the end of the day his rock solid advice got my charges reduce to a non prosecute. I was very happy with my outcome and would recommend him to anyone who needed a lawyer in the Fredericksburg area.

I was clocked allegedly doing 95 in a 65 mph zone and givien a reckless driving ticket in Spotsylvania county. I am a resident of Maryland so I am not very familiar with the Virginia laws on speeding. Apparently the case was more serious than I thought it was. One of the first things that stood out to me was how professional all the items sent to me by Andrew Flusche were. He even sent me things to make sure I understood the seriousness of my case. I had contacted other attorneys that seemed to be condescending in the way they spoke to me and didn't care too much about the case. Mr. Flusche made me feel like I was his first client ever. He was very responsive to everything that I needed and took no time to respond to my emails or phone calls. His staff was also very proficient and followed up with me on everything. I am happy to say that I feel that he handled my case in the best possible way he could and I would recommend him to anyone. I wish there were actually two of him so I could have him in Maryland! I recommend Andrew without any reservations. It was evident during our initial consultation over the phone, that I was dealing with a great lawyer. I think one of his biggest strengths is his mediation skills (which is quite important at court). In regards to my case, he got my traffic ticket reduced to no points with a much lesser charge. I was allegedly clocked at 87 in a 70...considered reckless driving in VA. I talked to several lawyers and found Andrew Flusche to be more responsive and took into account what I said. He isn't condescending like some of the others. My main concern was insurance and he was able to reduce my charge to a simple speeding ticket less than 10mph over. I don't trust the state police around Spotsylvania and believe they are in a revenue drive but I would recommend Mr. Flusche as your lawyer if you get caught in the net. I would definitely recommend using his services.

I never had a ticket in my life until one day I decided to speed down I95 and got pulled over for reckless driving. Since I never had this incident, I was freaking out. With the speed that I was caught, I was facing serious consequences and jail time. However, when I contacted Mr. Flusche, all my worries were set aside. His professionalism helped me throughout the process. Mr. Flusche does not overcharge his clients, unlike most lawyers. Most lawyers will threaten clients to squeeze out as much money as possible. Mr. Flusche does not do that. He is a respectable and an amazing attorney. At court, my case was concluded in less than 30 seconds. With his connections, he is worth every penny. I couldn't believe my results and the fraction of the cost I had to pay at the end. Seeing people getting charged around $350-$750, I was only charged only $80. Mr. Flusche will do whatever it takes to help his clients get the best results possible. I strongly recommend him if you are dealing with a serious traffic case in the designated locations he works in. 5/5 hands down.

It is human nature to find it easy to complain but very tough to compliment one. So I am going to try my best to beat my inabilities and describe my experience with Mr. Andrew Flusche and his legal Team. I am a very simple man with humble backgrounds who is fighting with Life everyday to earn his daily bread. With that comes the vulnerability to succumb to the perplexities when Life finally decides to happen. Recently, I found myself in a very sticky situation (as I am certain that many of you are increasingly finding yourselves to be in this economy) having lost my job and trying to move between states looking for one. In that sense of total loss, I did not realize that my thoughts had taken over my driving skills and I ended up with a reckless driving ticket. Adding to my miseries, I felt that my situation could not have been any worse. I should have been in control but consciously or sub-consciously, I wasn't and that in the eyes of law is a criminal act. Long story short, I had to do tremendous amount of research in to criminal justice attorneys because the legal system is not something that I am used to dealing with or wish to deal with but anyhow, considering the very nature of the business, I had to make sure I can hire someone I can trust and not someone who is making me promises from the get go to earn the big bucks. No one can read a Judge's mind unless you are that Judge so why make promises? The reason why Andrew struck out like a soar thumb in the beginning is because amidst my rattling state of confusion and chaos, he was telling me words that I did not want to hear. I was not ready for the TRUTH. I wanted someone to use sweet lies to comfort me but as my nerves calmed down, I realized that he is in fact a true and GENUINE guy. He deserves 5-stars because he simply breaks it down for you the way it is without making a single promise! Since every case is different, he takes the time to do a thorough background check and studies your case point by point. Him and his Team walk you through each of his findings laying out possible scenarios through the Judge's eyes and putting them in perspective. And finally, what could be the end result and what he will try to accomplish to the best of his abilities. And during all of these efforts, he is only a phone call away!! He has gotten my case dismissed on Dec 9th, 2013. Knowing the law is not enough. Knowing the application of law is what differentiates you as a true Master of the very complex legal system!! I have come to strongly believe in Mr.Flusche's abilities as an Attorney. He has my highest recommendations and I wish him nothing but the very best through his future endeavors.
