After sorting through the flood of advertising I received after the recent summons I was given while driving through Virginia, I decided to read Andrew's book. It calmed my fears a bit and so I decided to call him. Andrew, and his staff, were responsive, sympathetic and optimistic (while being careful not to promise a particular result). He advised me of the best approach, I followed it and the charge was dismissed. I will recommend him to anyone I know that ends up in a similar position.

I was really satisfied with Andrew Flusche being my attorney of my case. He was skillful, and worked very smart. I was charged with a DUI but with Flusche's help I got out of this mess easier than I thought I would have. I would recommend him to anyone!

I received a ticket for Aid and Abet Under 21 Consumption of Alcohol. I had a complicated case and I was unsure of what to do. I found Andrew's listing online and gave him a call. After talking with Andrew I understood what I was dealing with and I was scared. I was facing a possible year in jail, community service, a fine, and a criminal record! While on a well- deserved vacation, my wife and I were traveling through Virginia heading north to see family living in NJ. At our first gas stop looping off I95, I received a speeding ticket for 51 in a 35. During this traffic stop, I learned that it matters little what I think, the questions I have about the ticket or whether I am innocent or not. The state trooper didn’t even want to tell me where the court house was; “Oh, it’s a couple miles down the road.” All he was interested in was getting back out and issuing more tickets, and before I had finished filling up my gas, he had another one stopped right in front of the gas station. My wife and I both said this was not right, and I would have to fight this. Since I live out of state, locating a local attorney isn’t as simple as I thought it would be. My 1st attempt landed me with a $1,000 attorney who sounded good, but that was a bit high for me, and they could promise me nothing. I’m not sure why I chose to call Andrew, but after speaking to him, I determined he had a good demeanor. He seemed to be a good people person, so I decided that he was the one I wanted to represent me. This turned out to be a good choice. It was a really good choice because on the court date, Andrew called and said the charges were dismissed. I wasn’t guilty and having Andrew on my side was the smartest thing I could have done. I am an attorney in Philadelphia, and I received a reckless driving ticket while traveling in Virginia. Due to my work schedule, I could not afford to take time off of work to defend myself so far away from home. I received a number of pamphlets from various attorneys in the area. I ultimately chose Andrew Flusche because I felt that the literature he provided me was the most informative and I hoped that translated into his advocacy skills. I was not let down. i live new york and unfortunately i got a ticket in virginia i was doing 95 mhp on 70 mhp zone and i was facing with jail time charges and suspension and fine up to 2500$ i called several lawyer most of them asked me around 1500$ to 2500$ to take care of my case but thanks god to Andrew Flusche only charges 600$ and it is nothing compare to other attorneys and as a result of my case i got away from jail time and a suspension i only ened up paying 400$ for the ticket and 91$ court fee. HERE IS THE BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ANDREW AND OTHERS ATTORNEYS ANDREW IS VERY HONEST PERSON, because other what attorneys told me on the phone were ow you might go to jail and bla bla just to scare me so i can spend 1500$ or 2000$ their silly fees ALL I CAN SAY JUST TRUST ANDREW AND YOU WILL NEVER BE REGRET FOR WORKING WITH HIM THANKS ANDREW........

I have to give very high marks to Mr. Flusche. Not only does he demonstrate technical skill in his practice, he also has an outstanding work ethic, AND a wonderful, professional manner with a personal touch that yields the best communications with his clients. He was very thoughtful, dependable, AND intelligent at every point during my representation! This is a winning combination. I have never had a serious speeding ticket before, but I have dealt with poor attorneys on other matters who took advantage of me when I was hampered by illness. (That can be a nightmare you will not forget.) Now I follow my instincts and go with someone who seems honest, caring, and intelligent. Mr. Flusche seems highly ethical and charges reasonable rates for great service! I really appreciate his work and kindly manner. He understands that a good attorney can have a huge impact on someone's life. (Likewise, a bad one can, too! Hint: Choose wisely!) He's a true professional who does the legal profession proud!! :)

Mr. Flusche was one of several lawyers I interviewed to represent me when I was charged with reckless driving in VA. I live out of state and could not make it to the court date in person, so it was very important to me that I hire someone who I felt understood what I had experienced and what I needed in the case outcome. Mr. Flusche was amazing. While we were searching for lawyers to help me with my reckless driving case many of them were pessimistic and would only fight for the chance to not get my license suspended. Mr. Flusche was optimistic, high energy and aggressive in my case. He was highly strategic in his approach and in the end my fine was dramatically lowered.
