i live new york and unfortunately i got a ticket in virginia i was doing 95 mhp on 70 mhp zone and i was facing with jail time charges and suspension and fine up to 2500$ i called several lawyer most of them asked me around 1500$ to 2500$ to take care of my case but thanks god to Andrew Flusche only charges 600$ and it is nothing compare to other attorneys and as a result of my case i got away from jail time and a suspension i only ened up paying 400$ for the ticket and 91$ court fee. HERE IS THE BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ANDREW AND OTHERS ATTORNEYS ANDREW IS VERY HONEST PERSON, because other what attorneys told me on the phone were ow you might go to jail and bla bla just to scare me so i can spend 1500$ or 2000$ their silly fees ALL I CAN SAY JUST TRUST ANDREW AND YOU WILL NEVER BE REGRET FOR WORKING WITH HIM THANKS ANDREW........

I have to give very high marks to Mr. Flusche. Not only does he demonstrate technical skill in his practice, he also has an outstanding work ethic, AND a wonderful, professional manner with a personal touch that yields the best communications with his clients. He was very thoughtful, dependable, AND intelligent at every point during my representation! This is a winning combination. I have never had a serious speeding ticket before, but I have dealt with poor attorneys on other matters who took advantage of me when I was hampered by illness. (That can be a nightmare you will not forget.) Now I follow my instincts and go with someone who seems honest, caring, and intelligent. Mr. Flusche seems highly ethical and charges reasonable rates for great service! I really appreciate his work and kindly manner. He understands that a good attorney can have a huge impact on someone's life. (Likewise, a bad one can, too! Hint: Choose wisely!) He's a true professional who does the legal profession proud!! :)

Mr. Flusche was one of several lawyers I interviewed to represent me when I was charged with reckless driving in VA. I live out of state and could not make it to the court date in person, so it was very important to me that I hire someone who I felt understood what I had experienced and what I needed in the case outcome. He was very personable yet professional on the phone, I never felt rushed when conversing with him, he alleviated much of my stress and anxiety, and he was very detailed in his communications concerning what I needed to do and when (I never felt "out of the loop") before AND after the case. Of all the possible outcomes regarding my case, he achieved a best case scenario win and I am very pleased that I chose Mr. Flusche to represent me.

Mr. Flusche was amazing. While we were searching for lawyers to help me with my reckless driving case many of them were pessimistic and would only fight for the chance to not get my license suspended. Mr. Flusche was optimistic, high energy and aggressive in my case. He was highly strategic in his approach and in the end my fine was dramatically lowered.

I had gotten a reckless driving ticket while passing through Stafford, Va. on I95. I thought it was a traffic ticket, but come to find out, I had a CDL license, which now my traffic ticket became a crimminal charge, which was very serious. I called Andrew Flusche office on a Saturday, and thought I would just leave a message. Whithin 15 minutes Mr. Flusche called me right back. he assured me that he could help, and relieve some of the stress that this has caused. He told me he is very familiar with the court in Stafford. He is an excellent attorney. I did what he told me to do and took an on line driving course, and did some community service, and he did the rest. I did not have to appear, since I was not from the area. He called me within 3 hours of the court preceeding, to let me know what had happened. He got very good results for me. He had got the ticket knocked down to improper driving offence. Which only stays on your license for 3 years, instead of 11 years. A very minimal fine, as opposed to a $2,500 fine for reckless driving. I was very happy with the results. He is an excellent attorney. And very professional in every way. If you ever get a ticket in Stafford, don't look any further, he is the one to call. I would recommend him to everyone. My advise though, watchout going through Stafford, they always have radar and they hide...But if you do get caught, you need Andrew on your team. I found Mr. Flusche online after I got in a single vehicle accident and was given a reckless driving ticket. The ticket was unfairly given and the accident was not my fault so I hired Mr. Flusche to represent my case because I felt like my story would not be fully heard without representation. I was charged with reckless driving for an accident in Stafford VA. I received many lawyers material in the mail after but when I received Mr. Flusche’s material I was impressed by the presentation of it so he was the only one that I called, and I am very, very glade that I did.
