Mr. Miller and his staff was very professional throughout a matter involving my case. Two charges were dropped, one being a felony due to Mr. Miller insisting all evidence be thoroughly reviewed. I would recommend Mr. Miller.

I am currently representing myself in a case where Jeffrey Blair is opposing counsel he has lost everything for 2 years straight and they continue to waste their clients money. I've tried to address the issue with Daniel Miller himself but he seems uninterested and quite happy that he is ripping off his client. Sound counsel where I'm from doesn't equal losing for almost 2 years straight. Beware they will love your money and they will lose even to pro sei parties

Just did my 15 minute consultation and he didn’t let me get a word in at all, I tried to say something atleast 4 times and he just continued talking. Idk if he’s a good attorney but I’m not hiring someone who doesn’t even hear me trying to talk

I'm rating 5 stars because Mr. Miller got me a very good deal at my criminal trial. He was able to work with the Commonwealth Attorneys Office to combine my probation violation with the offense, which dramatically lowered my total time incarcerated. Reasonably priced. Only minor issue was that there did seem to possibly be a lack of communication between him and his front desk paralegal, which led to some confusion when contacting the office for information and updates on my case.
