If i could rate it 10 stars I would! I highly recommend Pfeiffer! Outstanding attorney, hits them hard in the court room, had my DUI dropped. Definately your GO TO!!!

I would like to thank Mr. Pfeiffer for his professionalism and excellent negotiation skills in representing my son. He showed genuine care, as if he had known him forever. Mr. Pfeiffer came prepared with the video of the DUI arrest and sobriety tests. He took his time and went step-by-step using the video to corroborate his views on the “no probable cause” claim. As soon as I was released I googled the best DUI attorney in VA Beach and Mr. Pfeiffer came up, the price was a sticker shock to be honest but after doing a bit of comparison shopping there ultimately was nothing to compare. He had a payment plan which made that easier and at the end of the day it was my future on the line. I already had plans in place to move out of the country and now I thought for sure I would have to cancel them. From the first call he was incredibly nice and not to mention knowledgeable, he understood what I was going through and never made me feel like a criminal just someone who had made a mistake. By the time my court date came we hadn’t even been sent evidence and we were facing a prosecutor that was looking to hammer me. I felt pretty hopeless. Yet somehow he managed to get me a dropped charge (down to reckless driving), waive the ASAP class, and in lieu of all the fines, having to stay for classes and probation as well as pay for the interlock we settled for 12 months without a license. That seems scary but for me aside from getting the case dismissed all together it was the best case scenario. I still get to move abroad, in less than 20 mins my case was done and I don’t have to look back. I am incredibly grateful to him and of course his amazing assistant Claire for getting me through the most stressful time in my life and allowing me the privilege to move on. I made the worst mistake of my life followed directly by one of the best. Stop looking and call him right now, if he doesn’t answer he will 100% call you right back and he will get you through this.

Words do not do justice for what Attorney Pfeiffer did for me. First and foremost, I NEVER do reviews. With that being said I am struggling to write this one, because there is just too many words I want to say. He was recommended to me by a former colleague after I had been arrested for a DUI. After speaking with Mr. Pfeiffer on the phone, we set up a consultation and he reviewed my case. We had an honest conversation about the avenues we could take as my defense and what he thought would be in my best interest. He told me he wanted to get me the best possible outcome for the least amount of money, and to take my time in making a decision on hiring him. I knew right then that I was going to hire him. Went home discussed it with my family, called back and paid him the full payment. He was straight forward with me the entire time, and dissected my case in a way only he knew how to. After initially being found guilty in court, he told me to trust him and take the appeal because he knew we could do better than the original outcome. I never doubted him for a minute. I put my full trust in him, and made the decision to appeal. At the appeal my charges were completely dismissed. I honestly can’t say enough about this attorney. So If you’ve made it this far, HIRE HIM. Phenomenal Attorney, and a phenomenal person.

Hired Mr. Pfeiffer to represent me for a DUI and reckless driving charge. He was very professional and upfront about every move he was making in the case. I came out with no jail time and just a restricted licenses. Would recommend him to anyone that is in the same situation. He made the whole situation a lot less stressful and got me the best possible outcome for my charges.

Let’s begin with the rest of the office. They were very professional every time I came in, called, or email. Claire was so easy to work with and was on top of everything when Steve was busy in court. Steve and Claire also contacted me back in a reasonable time. They worked very hard on my case and honestly i couldn’t have got a better result with anyone else.
