Mr. Pfieffer Esq. came recommended as more than just a “lawyer” but as an extremely professional attorney that will go above and beyond the normal call of duty - there for tough negotiations and presenting his extremely well versed knowledge of law in the courtroom. He was able to get more than a favorable decision in not one - but two cases. Hire him without hesitation- he’ll get the job done and have you represented in the best light. I won’t recommend anyone else in VB because he is the best, his office as a whole were absolutely awesome to me as well treating me with absolute care.

As a service member, the conviction of a DUI would have been detrimental to my career. Mr. Pfeiffer is not only extraordinarily professional, but gracious as well. He took on my case over a year ago, knowing full and well that it was not going to be a simple "black and white" case, and has gone and above and beyond what I expected. I live in Houston, Tx and we hired Mr. PFeiffer for my son's DUI and Involuntarily manslaughter case. Didn’t have a clue on who to call in the Virginia area to represent my son in the middle of this storm. I was worried, stressed and not knowing who to trust. After several calls to different lawyers, I prayed to God to give me guidance, being that it was a very hard decision to make.I’m glad and very happy that, I chose Mr. Pfeiffer as my sons lawyer. Mr. PFeiffer and Claire were always responsive to my calls and text no matter the time or day. During the course of the case, one of my sons passed away. Getting 1 DUI is as pretty scary deal in itself. Getting 2, within a year of each other, while not even facing the legal ramifications for the 1st one is down right terrifying. Welcome to my life. I got my first DUI July 4th 2017 I didn't go to court for it until April 2018. While waiting for my court date, I received another one in February 2017. God must really love the dumb because without him leading me to Mr. Pfeifer, I’m almost certain I would be in jail still right now. Not to mention he also kept me from facing the automatic jail sentence I would’ve received for being in the probation program I was on as one of the conditions for being given a bond and getting in trouble. If he hadn’t, I would’ve been jailed from the time the courts found out about my 2nd DUI until my court date in April. Throughout this whole process he held my hand in a sense. He’s straight forward, professional, and will fight til end for you if he accepts your case. Long story short, for my 1st DUI in which I plead guilty, I only received A fine, a DUI program and no jail time. When I went to court for my 2nd one, in which I also plead guilty, only 2 months later, I received just 20 days in jail where I could do it on the weekends which he got it to where it would start in June, and a couple of alcoholic anonymous programs. Not to mention that was the best outcome I could’ve received. The results he produces for you are well worth the money!!! If you have a dui case in va beach I’m telling you your best bet is to get with Mr. Pfeifer! No matter the case, wether it’s extreme or one people pull deem small, he’s your guy. I am so thankful for him. I bellive if it wasn’t for him I would’ve lost my job and I definitely would be lost right now. My family thanks him, I thank him, and I know God watched over him for the deeds he does on this earth.

Definitely the best lawyer I could have hired! I was charged with first offense dui, refusal, and speeding. I had a lot at stake and could not afford to have a criminal record. Stephen Pfieffer fought hard for me and put in the work. He listened to what I had to say, and was straight forward with me which was helpful. He was able to get my dui dropped and kept me at ease during the whole process. He was honest and upfront and never led me to believe anything that wasn’t true.
