Mr Campbell and Paula were really great and really nice people to work with. I had difficulty with my ex-husband and obtaining part of his retirement. Mr Campbell fixed this up very quickly. Great to do business with.

I would definitely recommend this firm! They have always handled my case with a sense of urgency and care. Brandon Waltrip does not mind going against the grain to get the job done, he is ambitious and he wants to win. They treat their clients with dignity and respect, especially Ronda, their legal assistant. She is really amazing!

Kavanagh is the best if you need help keeping your kid away from one of its parents. Ask him about his “Church Special” (go to his church and get his services for free.) Find a better attorney.

Brandon is a personable and intelligent attorney. I hired him to be my divorce lawyer. It was a difficult and contentious divorce. Even though I personally like Brandon I cannot recommend him if you have a high net worth and are receiving military and civil service benefits. Brandon had many clients which adversely impacted his availability to work on my complicated case. Brandon was unable to negotiate an in-house separation agreement, which cost me money in home expenses and left me exposed to shenanigans from my wife and her attorney. He also did not seek a legal remedy for the inequitable payment of home expenses. Consequently, as a retiree I carried the full financial load for maintaining the house. Brandon was unable to bring the opposition to the negotiation table. I had to email my spouse with an offer. In November 2022 we finally reached a settlement. I suspect that Brandon was unavailable during a portion of November, which delayed sending the divorce documents to the court and pushed the divorce into 2023. That delay cost me thousands of dollars in additional Federal and state income taxes. Even though Brandon was unable to bring the opposition to the negotiating table he advocated using an expensive meditator.

Stephen Campbell is a HORRIBLE. He was court appointed for me and did absolutely nothing on my behalf he refused to give me and go over ALL OF MY DISCOVERY. He never contacted the jail to speak to me and went to trial against my wishes. I asked for an appeal and he refused to file one. In court he didn’t question any of the states witnesses nor objected to her leading questions I asked for the rest of my discovery the videos and he is refusing to give them to me he is horrible. I called his office several times from the jail and they are just as rude and refused to talk to me. He also refused calling witnesses on my behalf

Mr. Waltrip represented me for my case. I Got exactly what I wanted, he was honest & accurate at explaining pros & cons & advising. All the Office staff Ms Paula & Makayla are very nice and respond quickly and helped with my toddler son during meetings w/ Brandon. Thank you!

Mr. Campbell is by far the worst court appointed attorney I have ever came across. I guess if he is actually getting paid to represent someone maybe he's okay. He does not communicate at all with his clients. The office staff is not at all helpful. They promise to get answers and that they'll get back to you but never do. I would never recommend This quack to anyone.
