The worst attorney I have ever had and don't recommend this firm to anyone who wants to win. They have no backbone and are scared to stand up and tell the judge what the client wants!! All they want is a plea deal so they don't have to do any foot work. I had a very clear conflict of interest with the judge and the COMMONwealth and this firm wouldn't tell the judge that ...he just wanted a plea deal and that was all !!! I wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!

Brandon represented us in a custody situation with our granddaughter. Through the whole process he knew what should be done. We won and things went very easy due to his professionalism and knowledge. We would highly recommend him!

I had posted a very negative review on Mr. Waltrip and his office. This is a retraction. My extreme frustration was due to a complete miscommunication. Since that review, not only has the miscommunication been cleared up, but Mr. Waltrip has gone above and beyond in assuring that my case is receiving the attention it deserves. I would, and will, recommend this office to anyone in the need of a quality attorney.

Mr. Waltrip was the best attorney I've had. I have had multiple lawyers from Newport News and Williamsburg represent me in an ongoing case with no favorable results. Brandon won a difficult custody case and a show cause I had filed. He is very professional, but also personable, which helps during court. He is realistic and let's you know what to expect during the whole process. I highly recommend him and would definitely return to him if I ever need representation.

I thought the best I could do was reduced to 7 over. Brandon was able to negotiate it to a dismissal as long as there are no tickets in 6 months. Great outcome that was not expected.

I recently had a violation on a DUI incident and hired Mr. Waltrip. He was VERY professional, courteous, and knowledgable. He went over the best to worst case scenario which had involved incarceration and fought to have that lifted ending in the lesser of consequences. I was very pleased with my results and would recommend him to anyone needing any sort of legal representation.
