We interviewed several attorneys prior to retaining Mr. Waltrip. We found him to be down to Earth, humble, and respectful; but truthful and frank. He listened to our story with sympathy and sensitivity. He was completely realistic and reasonably managed our expectations. Also, he offered some novel suggestions about how we could conduct the case. Another great benefit was the fact that he lived in and knew the county in which our case was to be heard and he was familiar with both the judge and the opposing counsel. During the run up to the trial date, he and his staff were communicative and responsive to our questions. He kept us hopeful but realistic. He and his paralegal continued to be kind and polite. On the day of the trial, he was prepared and organized (not in the most traditional way). I must admit I was concerned watching his notetaking style, however when it came time to question and cross-examine, his mind was sharp and his words were articulate, clear, and hard-hitting. It was fun to watch. He had the passion of a competitive athlete and was hungry for victory. He jabbed, parried, and then closed for a knockout. He left the opposition flummoxed and completely outplayed. We didn't even need to call our witnesses. The preparation for and the experience of court was arduous and sometimes painful, but the outcome was as good as we could have expected. I am grateful to Mr. Waltrip and would recommend him without prejudice or reservation.

There are not superlatives for me to describe my experience with Mr. Waltrip and his staff. I came to Mr. Waltrip under an emergency transfer of custody situation. I came with my last dollars and a pray because I have experienced multiple, awful family law attorneys. I cannot explain the complete relief that came from retaining him, especially being cross country at the time of filing. Brandon, Paula, and the whole office took charge in a way I was not accustomed to. They were diligent, adamant, and communicative. They handled every step of my process without me having to ride them to do it, stress about what they were doing, or worry that they were not handling my case efficiently. They were so on top of it that, in my particular circumstances, the case was settled in less than a month. There was honesty up front, dedication all the way through, and a level of trust that is impossible to find in attorneys. I have had no less than seven attorneys and there is only one of them I can whole heartedly recommend and that is Mr. Waltrip. There is no better feeling than knowing you have an attorney who truly does care about your case and your child's future.

I can’t even describe how impressed and how much my expectations were exceeded with Mr. Waltrip. I had a fairly difficult custody case that he handled. From beginning to the end he was beyond professional and in court is really where he shined and that by far is the most important part of having an attorney. There wasn’t a moment that I wasn’t confident in his expertise or decorum in the courtroom. I left with an outcome that was better than I could have imagined. I credit that to Mr. Waltrip’s sound advise, leading and closing arguments and his knowledge of family law. I’ve had other attorneys in the area and let me say some are extremely costly and frankly just disappointing and inept. Finding a great attorney to handle such a delicate situation such as your child is not easy. I would recommend Mr. Waltrip to any of my family members or friends with 100% confidence.

I wish I could give Mr. Campbell more stars. I had a very stressful civil suite case that He represented me on . You never know what is going to happen in a court room but Mr. Campbell was prepared for any scenario. He was easy to get in contact with and patient with me to make sure all my questions were answered . We weren’t expecting to have a trial, it ended up that we did and Mr.Campbell confidently represented me and won my case. The outcome was even better than I had ever imagined. He is an outstanding attorney, he had good rapport with everyone he came in contact with and you can tell he is well respected. I would highly recommend hiring Mr. Campbell !!
