Our first meeting with Daniel Charles Gasink was comforting and he was extremely thorough as he explained with clarity how a trust works, the benefits of each kind of family trust (revocable and irrevocable), and how to fund (and the importance of funding) a trust. As a lawyer his stellar work ethic, attention to detail, and his integrity were evident. We highly recommend his services and trust that he will continue to serve our heirs in their needs.

As an attorney myself (although not in estate planning), I am extremely picky in choosing an attorney to handle my personal matters. We have moved to Virginia and needed to update our estate planning documents. We have some unique issues, so it was even more important we have someone with experience and expertise. Since our Wills hadn't been updated in a very long time, my husband and I chose Johnson, Gasink & Baxter, LLC, after being highly recommended by our insurance agent. Before our meeting, we completed a questionnaire so that Dan Gasink would be better prepared for our initial meeting. Dan was very professional and personable, and he took the time to go over everything to be sure he understood our needs and wishes. We went back a second time to go over the draft estate plan, then a third time to sign the documents. Dan's paralegal, Katie, was very helpful in answering questions. It's a real weight off our minds knowing that our estate is protected and our health care directives are known and followed.
