Absolutely fantastic. Attorney Dan Gasink guided us though writing detailed personal wills and filed a number of legal documents to set up our estate as a living trust. We particularly liked the fact that upon our death their firm will be available to sit down with our children and explain how our estate is to be distributed and answer questions. The experience gave us great confidence our estate will be distributed precisely in accordance to our wishes.

My wife and I have been clients of Dan for many years. He helped us with our estate planning and provided sound advise and walked us through the whole process. He is very friendly and family oriented. He has done wills and powers of attorney for five other of our family members. Highly recommend him as a family lawyer.

I recently moved to Willamsburg from another state and knew my Will and related documents should conform to Virginia law. A local friend referred me to Dan and I couldn't be more pleased to have him as my attorney. He is both friendly and professional. He listened to my "story", understood what I needed, then clearly explained what I needed and how Virginia law provides. After approving his draft, I signed everything at his office in a very virus protected setting. The binder with all the originals also includes a check list of information to provide to my heirs. It will be easy for them to handle when the time comes. So I received excellent value for his fee. When you need estate services Dan is the attorney to call.

We needed to update our wills, trusts and medical directives and, honestly, were dreading it. Jeremy Johnson and his team made it stress free. We met and made our wishes known through Zoom. Everything we needed was prepared quickly and we used their "cleanroom" for signing. This was an excellent solution during the Covid 19 pandemic!) We are very happy with Jeremy and the entire JGB team!
