Great job, timely communication, and smoothly completed estate probate services.

I was under the impression that the Firm was taking the case, then turned it into a Money grab $400.00 Charge that went no where. They purposely took advantage of the situation that had no intensions in representing.

I referred Cunnane Law to a couple of friends who had been in accidents and have been so thankful and appreciative of Joe's caring and customer service.

I am overjoyed with the service and results I received and continue to receive from Cunnane Law. Ever since I lost function in my hands and other health issues, I have been struggling with the ramifications, not the least of which is how I would survive when the continuation of my LTD benefits was denied. I never had the need for an attorney before and was very nervous about the whole thing as I’ve had friends go through a lot of unpleasantness with lawyers in general. John Boone is so warm, reassuring, and responsive and helped me get through all the stages of my appeal. My health issues have affected me both physically and cognitively and John is so understanding and accommodating. I was beyond impressed with the thoroughness of my appeal. The professionals they work with were also amazing and so respectful. I won my appeal and much more quickly than I thought! My case was not simple and Cunnane Law came through for me. I am so grateful and have Joe Cunnane, John Boone and his team to thank for it. I am extremely grateful that I chose the right attorney and would trust them with any of my friends and family. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I endorse them without hesitation.

I have used this law firm several times for my business. Okay legal advice, rather on the conservative side and not extremely helpful. Anyway, we then had a large case and we needed timely representation. It took several days and multiple calls and emails to get an appointment with Jody Reich, which we were happy with. We sent information ahead of time, but it was clear it was not read. We then gave an extensive explanation and Jody expressed confidence in our case. We felt reassured and felt like we had someone who believed in our case and would be our advocate. Within a few days, Jody had spoken to opposing counsel and she came back to us telling us to settle with no substantive explanation. We were gobsmacked. The facts of the case had not changed, but she seemed to be intimidated by the downtown Seattle firm our opponent had hired. She did eventually settle our case with a resolution we were comfortable with, but I can't say she was our advocate and I don't think she cared about our case. The firm also over billed for services we did not receive. They did reverse the charge once I brought it to their attention, but it does not make me comfortable with their billing practices. I cannot recommend this law firm and will not use them again.

Aaron is the very best lawyer when working with bad faith long term insurance. He is very kind, attentive and very knowledgeable. I found in him and Terry all the support I needed to resolve my situation. Highly recommend him.

Mark Davis is an extraordinary Attorney. I can’t say enough - he is a life saver. I explained the situation I was up against and he understood. He communicated this clearly on my behalf and it made all the difference. The outcome he got for me was much more than I expected. I don’t know how I got so fortunate to have found him and he was available to take my case. I know I will highly recommend him to anyone in similar situations. He communicated to me the entire time. His experience was very clear. I believe the reason for the fast response from the other side was due to Mark’s experience and professionalism.
