I could not have been luckier than to have Derek as my attorney. He fought for me and helped me keep my sanity through the whole almost 3 yrs of my ordeal. I was injured through no fault of my own. I was disabled and had fought with the insurance company for almost 3 yrs. Derek got me the best settlement possible without having to suffer the exhausting ordeal or going to court. He still continues to check with me to see how things are going,

My girlfriend was recommended this lawyer for her case in child custody and he failed to complete a open and shut case. It was the simplest case you could have in custody where a man not the father suied for custody and proof was in the dna test. This lawyer had to file several times to get this case taken care of and then failed to file for the countersuite on costs. He was paid for that too but never followed through do not use this lawyer. So not only will he fail to preform his job but he’ll rack up charges that shouldn’t be there just to steal money from his clients that was not rightfully earned. The charges racked up for the cost were not neccessary or authorized on the clients behalf. This review would be zero stars if possible.

My fiance hired Mr. Davies to represent him, against my advice. Mr. Davies acts like he is trying to minimize costs for you. He acts like he cares. He acts like he is on your side. Bottom line though - he in fact does not save you any money. Does not care and is not on your side. He's the "everyone's friend" type and caved the day of court convincing my fiance to settle for worse circumstances then before they walked into the court house, advising my fiance that it was what was best for him (how is worse than before what's best?). Mr. Davies is a great ACTOR! If you are looking for an advocate to fight for your rights, this is not the place.

Went in for a consultation. Was not dissapointed in the service we received. Cozy office. Chocolate was good. Staff friendly. Would feel confident hiring if we end up needing an attorney.
