Mr. Hays in more then one occasion gave me excellent advice on both personal injury and estate planning. He explained my options and has not tried to push me into being a client until I am ready to move forward. It’s refreshing to have an attorney available that will not waste my hard earned money until My circumstances warrant me moving forward.

Absolutely recommend Jarrod Hays. Before meeting with Jarrod I had spoken with two other lawyers who handle family law issues. My case involved CPS. Neither lawyer wanted to take my case, saying CPS gets to do what they want to do and its hard to have success against them. After explaining my case to Jarrod he was confident he could have success. This case had dragged on for seven months before Jarrod got involved. He had it closed in just over a month. When dealing with a government agency that is lightening fast! He had told me in the beginning it sounded like CPS was abusing their power and if what I had told him were true he would get them to close their case. He got them to close their case. Proper representation is EVERYTHING when dealing with a legal issue.
