I was in a car accident that seemed "basic". My car was totaled when I was rear ended while stopped at a stop light. I had several injuries; none of which required a visit to the ER. So I tried to work with the insurances. A year into doctor visits and physical therapy, I found the insurance companies (mine and the other drivers) began to play doctor and dictate what medical care was necessary for me. They make money by wearing you down and making life miserable so that you will settle. In my case, I was injured and wanted to get better so I didn't settle. That is when the insurance companies became unreasonable. I consulted and then hired Harold Carr's services. They took care of all the back and forth arguments (bickering) between the insurance companies, and handled the paperwork so I could finally concentrate on my health. They stuck by my side, explaining everything along the way. In the end, the insurance companies only wanted to pay for medical, leaving me no compensation for all the time spent in and out of doctor offices. I learned so much about how insurance companies work when in an accident, and it isn't pretty. If you are in an accident and the insurance company is dictating your care and you feel they are not being fair, call Harold Carr. You need someone on your side because the insurance companies will not be.

Michael Montgomery was my attorney and not only did he fight for me, but he took the time to hear me out and was very empathetic and kind. Plus, it's a bonus that he's super hot and looks like Clark Kent :) Unlike other attorney offices, they actually return my calls in a prompt manner and they're great communicators, which is very important to me. Overall, I had a great experience and I was happy with my settlement.

We had a accident 4 years ago getting on I5 from centralia in the PM hours our expedition was rear ended by a passenger car going around 60-70 the driver took off never even stopped. Harrold Carr and Associates made sure to get all of our medical bills paid for and also cash in hand ... while keeping contact with us .. I highly recommend them ..
