In 2020 we were involved in a mutli-rollover vehicle accident (MVA). The Jaws of Life was brought in to extract us from our vehicle. After 8 months of exhausting work with the at fault client’s Insurance Company and doctor appointments for our injuries we were offered a near nothing settlement. We decided we needed help. She explained what would happen, step by step, with our Law Firm journey. All of our documents and photos that were acquired and created during the 8 months after the MVA were forwarded to her. When the Law Firm received our documents and our photos, the documents and the photos they requested from all of the services involved in our MVA, we then worked with Paralegal, Vicki R, who took us through the next phases of our two cases. She was empathetic and very informative by keeping us updated. My Fiancé’s case was first in the process. He was assigned an Attorney at Law, Denise G. She worked tirelessly with him from the beginning and negotiated his settlement which was higher than what the at fault client’s Insurance Company’s Attorney offered. My case was next. Denise was top notch and very professional. She worked with me and always kept my interests in mind. She negotiated relentlessly for me and when I got the call with the final settlement offer, I cried. I never expected to receive what I asked for. I went in not knowing if I had a case.I met with Toni and sat down to discuss all the information that I had.She listened while I spoke and answered all of the questions that I had.Turns out I have a case and will be assigned a paralegal to had it.I would recommend anyone in a car accident talk to Harold Carr law office first.

It took a year and a half to settle on a rear end accident.didnt ever meet with my attorney.felt like because i wasn't a high profile case i wasn't a priority case,i didn't get a very good settlement at all.
