Truly professional

Highly recommend Harold Carr. I have never used a personal injury attorney before him. He was compassionate and got my daughter a great settlement. His staff is also very professional and responsive through the process. Thank You Harold and associates.

Worst ever law firm. They deep line THEIR pockets NOT yours! One star is too much! Lowest I can rate here.Took over 3 + years for simple case. Wasn't pleased at all. Beware! Don't hire them wasn't worth it! Worst simple communication from a law firm ever!

Awful experience. Not only did I feel alone in the process, but they were extremely uncommunicative the entire time. All the way up until even after my settlement check arrived. No advice, no referrals for help, I had to do it all on my own. I had to contact them every step of the way. My case would've been still pending after a year and a half if I hadn't reached out to them myself every 6 months or so to remind them I still exist. They didn't bother to even tell me my check was ready. Why would they? They got their money. If you want to be treated like a paycheck that they forgot about under the seat of their car, would recommend. If you want to be treated like a person, I'd go to a smaller law firm.

Had an auto accident and decided to get a lawyer. Saw their advertisements and decided to talk with them. Wonderful staff, very helpful, and took time to explain everything in detail so this journey goes smoothly, with the less amount of stress. So far, I am very happy with the service. Thank you.

I worked with John Mango from this law office in regard to a car accident where I was a victim. He was always professional and always willing to answer to answer any questions that I may have had. He handled my case in a way that left me satisfied beyond my expectations. I would 100% recommend him to anyone who was involved in a car accident.

Where do I begin? I gave them many chances to make it right, but finally I had to move on to an attorney who would actually help me with my case. Complaints: 1. unprofessional - Harold Carr was over 20 min late to our scheduled phone session. He left a voicemail and charged me for that. The legal assistant scheduled another phone meeting for a time we did not agree upon and I got charged for that. One of the legal assistants told my chiropractic office to ignore a rejected charge and leave it for "patient responsibility". No attorney's office should be giving that advice. This comes out of my settlement at the end, which won't be much anyway after all the outstanding bills I have to pay and the cut that the office gets. 2. egregious billing - like I said, Harold put a lien against me for over $16K for very minimal work (my spouse and I did most of the back and forth with the providers and insurance companies). I counted almost 400 individual charges of $31.25 for literally opening an email, reading 1-2 sentences (or replying 1-2 sentences). This does NOT take 15 minutes and this is legal assistant rates. This alone totals to $12K of the insane amount of the lien. Very unusual and questionable practice for contingency cases. They also charged me for a "free" consultation. I'm guessing this is the only way they make money on cases is to do horrible work until the client fires them and then they can send a lien for some absurd amount. I wish I'd read their ratings before retaining them. Overall, it has been a terrible and stressful experience.
