I chose Becker Franklin Rovang, PLLC, for my personal injury auto accident case. The attorney who represented me and walked me thru my case was Ian De Verna and his paralegal Sierra Landholm. I chose Ian as my attorney from B.F.R because of his backstory of why he became a personal injury attorney. This was my first time ever hiring an attorney and Ian was hands down the best choice I ever made in my case. Ian was very knowledgeable and walked me thru every step of the case as it was happening and gave me updates and details whenever I asked. Ian was very sympathetic, I felt like Ian was 110% invested in my case the whole time. My case was active for about 14 months and during that time Ian would make phone calls to me not only to update me, but also to check in with me personally and see how I was doing outside of the case and wanted to know about anything new going on in my life. I also had a in person 1 on 1 meeting with Ian before covid and he showed me the same respect he did over the phone. I felt like I could talk to Ian about anything.
