I hired John Kauffman as my attorney after I was in a high speed head on collision with another family member. The other party was at fault and had no insurance. It was a battle to say the least. When working with the firm I was unsure of what to expect with a personal injury auto accident case. I have never had this experience before. I was given a lot of information on the process from start to finish and what to expect along the way. Steve and Terri made me feel comfortable while being understood. My case was particularly not common. Steve went above regular standard to provide as much information on the case during arbitration. I have worked with Becker Franklin on two instances now. They are very professional, keep clients well updated, have patience and grit.
