Steve Franklin was an amazing attorney. He was extremely knowledgeable about the law in regards to my car insurance which was very helpful. He was caring and made sure at the end of my case that I didn't have any outstanding medical bills! Terri was also very nice & helpful and made sure to keep me updated on my case via phone calls & email. Steve made sure I didn't miss more work by offering meetings after work! I hope to never be in another car accident but if such a thing happens again I'll be calling this place!

I can’t say enough great things about the team at BFR Injury Law. I was lucky enough to work with Chris, Terri and Steve. You guys are AWESOME! Steve, Priya and Terri are amazing people to work with. Quick responses to any and all our questions and definitely helped relief some anxiety and stress due to a bad experience with the prior attorney we originally hired. I referred John Kaufman to one of my friends. I sat in on his initial consultation and was greatly impressed by his expertise, his ability to communicate clearly and his obvious compassion. A bit later I was at a party listening to a woman sing praises for her personal injury attorney in a lawsuit involving her daughters. I came to learn that they were being represented by John Kaufman and his firm.
