I had the pleasure to work directly with Steve Franklin and my case wasnt the easiest to say the least but Steve was fast and communication was key with his assistant Terri; both pushed my employer and the other persons insurance and in the end we all settled to a nice fair amount... im actually going to re-hire Steve agian for another seperate case..

My case was difficult. In October 2015, a tree blew down during a windstorm and, falling, struck my car. The tree impaled me. It shattered my femur and inflicted a pretty grim list of additional injuries. Other lawyers, hearing "tree" and "fall," dismissed my case outright as an act of god. Steve listened to me when I came in. He looked at the evidence and realized that the tree owner had created a condition that led directly to my injuries. Steve built a case strong enough that the tree owner's insurance company came to the conclusion that their customer's actions were responsible for my injuries. The insurance company paid the policy limit. Steve got me a six figure settlement. Other lawyers gave me sympathy and got me out the door. Steve gave me results and got me money. If I have to hire a lawyer again his name will be Steve Franklin.
