I cannot deny I was skeptical about my Jefferson County traffic ticket being dismissed, as this was the first time I ever sought assistance with this process. It was a delightful and welcome surprise to learn that Schodowski Law was totally successful with its dismissal. Their fee was well worth eliminating the stress and frustration I seem to have around receiving a traffic violation, not to mention increased insurance rates. Although I don’t anticipate receiving another violation, I would definitely want Joe Schodowski to represent me if I did. If the need arises, do yourself a huge favor and contact Schodowski Law.

Would have gotten a better outcome if I would have had a public defender. This guy will not defend you. Instead he will roll over and take the other side in my case and as others have stated below. Sam Feinson thru me under the bus to the prosecutor on a DWI case that the cops had no evidence period. They never administered a breathalyzer test-no blood test or had any other evidence I called him up to check on where he was on my case and He got totally out of control and started screaming and cussing at me on the phone. He lied to me all the time about how he was handling my case and then he totally quit defending me. I verified these lies with others involved in the case. HE IS A STRAIGHT UP LIAR Now is your chance Sam defended yourself with some more lies. and I will back myself with facts and other people have agreed to comment if

I was referred to Joe and I will have to say it was the best referral I have ever been given.The entire process was painless, I did not have to go physically to his office as we did everything over the phone or via email. Joe represented me at the contested hearing got my ticket dismissed which means my insurance rates will not go up. This is my referral to all that reads this.......hire Joe. Joe did an excellent job at representing me. I know the trooper was wrong, but fighting it on my own was a loosing proposition. Joe got in there and forced the state to dot all their "i's" and cross all their "t's". In the end, the state couldn't keep up their case and I walked away. I recommend him highly and if another trooper tries to do this kind of thing to me again, Joe will be the first person I call.
