I got a ticket for going 19 over and following too closely. I have an excellent driving record so I was a total mess when I thought about what this would do to my insurance. I hired Joe hoping that he would get maybe one dismissed so that it wouldn't be "that bad". Mr. Schodowski went above and beyond my expectations. He was incredibly professional and kind. In the end he went to court on my behalf and had both tickets dismissed. I can't thank him enough. If I ever need a lawyer again he is the only person I will call.

Hired Mr Feinson to file on our behalf an unlawful detainer and to retrieve monies owed to us by our tenant. Throughout the whole process he hasn’t communicated with us nor kept us up to date and was never available in the office. In addition, he hasn’t instructed us that he would not be able to go forward unless he gets his fee agreement amount up front. He just simply ignored us and delayed the process. What was odd, instead Mr. Feinson repeatedly emphasized our tenant’s complaint statements to us which appeared to us as if she was his client and not us. Because he hasn’t filed any action Mr. Feinson offered to refund part of costs and fees and suggested we look for a new tenant and move on. We were so disgusted with his unprofessionalism and attitude through the whole process, we never got back to him and decided to cut our loses and move on
