MR. Feinson has been excellent legal counsel and trial lawyer for my legal woes. Every step of the way he was realistic and pro-active to my case. Joe Schodowski was very friendly and professional and put us at ease during a very stressful process. He explained all the possible outcomes about my case in detail, worst case scenario to the best. He was able to reduce my DUI to a traffic violation. Also, I was put down as a refusal so the DOL wanted to suspend my license for a year and he was able to get that dismissed based on evidence in my favor. So he got me out of a lot of trouble!! I'm very grateful and if I ever need another lawyer he'll be the one I go to. I can't imagine another lawyer doing a better job then he did for me.

I got a speeding ticket in Jefferson County and was referred to Joseph by another attorney i had called. He was very friendly, explained things to me and made the whole process so easy. I filled out papers and paid him online and bam it was that simple. On the day of my court hearing he called me and told me congratulations, he had gotten my ticket dropped! Should i ever get another speeding ticket out there i will surely call him, and refer my friends to him as well! At first I was a little sceptical about hiring a lawyer from little ol' Port Townsend but once Sam started working on my case I knew I hired the right guy. I had consulted a couple other lawyers but Sam was the most pro-active and optimistic of the bunch. Not to mention reasonably priced in comparison. He worked all the angles and made sure no detail was over looked. He provided me with great legal advise and worked hard to get me the best possible out come without taking my case to trail. Which honestly was what I prefered, I felt going to trail gave me a 50/50 chance and I didn't want to take that risk. Hopefully in the future I don't ever need to hire a lawyer for a crimianl matter, but! If I do, I will be calling Sam Feinson. If happen to have any referrals, I will be sure to send them his way!

I got a ticket in Jefferson County, which is really far from where I live, and none of my lawyers were able to do anything. I found Joseph Schodowski on the internet and called him because he had good reviews. I was willing to pay the ticket, I just wanted to keep my record clean. But he was able to dismiss it entirely, and I never even had to show up to court. Thanks Joe!

I hired Joe over the phone , I was reluctant because he wanted money up front - I took a chance and sent the money . Joe kicks ass !!!!!!!!! He got my speeding ticked and expired license charge dismissed and went the extra mile in doing so. I would hire Joe in a Milli second if the need arises again. If we could figure out a way to clone Joe, then all of the lawyer jokes would be obsolete !!!!!!! REALLY .

I have had a wonderful experience so far using Mr. Feinson as my attorney. The most important part is he was incredibly honest with me about the divorce process. Divorce is a very emotional process, especially when it involves children and he regularly reminded me that I needed to stay focused (less emotional) in order to get the best results and accomplish what needed to get done. Many attorneys will just "take your money" and do whatever you tell them, while giving you false hope of what the outcome would be. I find honestly to be an incredibly important trait in an attorney, and that is what Mr. Feinson provided. He was available when I needed to speak with him and was always very kind and understanding when it came to me explaining my concerns and my situation. And lastly, when it came to court hearings, he prepared me for what would unfold, and carried himself in court in a very impressive manner. I was thankful to have him on my side. I would definitely recommend Mr. Feinson.
