I received a traffic infraction in Jefferson County and I originally had a different lawyer recommended to me, but 1 week before my hearing, he had yet to send me a formal contract or have me pay his fees. I decided to find a new attorney and after scouring the internet, I came across Joe. I sent him an email and quickly heard back that he could represent me and also make it to the hearing I already had scheduled. He was very helpful in describing the trial process and what his goals would be for my case. Joe was able to get my infraction dismissed and protect my driving record. I would recommend Joe to anyone that may need an attorney and I would definitely use his services again.

This guy takes the time to explain the process and kicks butt in court. The state has recently increased the number of patrol officers and law enforcement is always scanning you for a reason to pull you over and give you a ticket. If you drive very much, you need to be in touch with a traffic attorney and be willing to fight bad infractions. I highly recommend him for Jefferson County.

Got a bogus traffic ticket last summer and decided to fight it. After checking around a bit I contacted Joe. He immediately understood my needs and proceeded to move forward with the case. He argued it in the lower court and we did not win, but after consulting with him, he convinced me we had a good argument for an appeal and recommended we continue the fight. I agreed with him as I hate having what I consider a bogus ticket on my record so he proceeded with the case. We won in the appeal and it was returned to the lower court for final ruling. Suffice it to say that with the win in the appeal the lower court had no choice but to dismiss. Sam skillfully handled a case for me in which I was accused of damaging someone's front bumper of his car. Actually, the case revolved around whether or not I left the scene. The accuser actually left and Sam sought and received a video disproving it. The case was dismissed. Trying to settle this in the local court by myself would have been difficult.
