I own a business and have relied on the skill and advise from Baumgarten Law many times over the last 2 years. Luke has always illustrated incredible patience with many of my questions and has taken extra time to ensure that I understand each and every process in the legal issues. Being a business, I have often had moments during the last 12 years where as we found ourselves needful of legal advise. I have yet to find an attorney that is as personable and as competent as Luke Baumgarten. In recent times we found ourselves in a legal quandary that was in an area of expertise that Luke was unfamiliar with. I was amazed at how much research he did in order to properly advise us of the direction we needed to maneuver. In another case he referred us to another Legal Firm that specialized in Tax Law and in doing so he advised us that they would be better able to assist in that particular problem. Such character is rare to find these days, a lawyer whom actually cares about his clients needs. This was my first DUI and was in the dark as far as the whole legal process went. Fortunately, Luke answered every last one of my numerous questions. He also kept in touch with me very frequently with emails and phone calls. What I respected the most from Luke was that he gave it to me straight and the resulting consequences.To top it all off, he even got the DUI case dismissed!
