BEST attorney Helped with parenting plan in 2019 to later helping me with gaining full custody in 2022. Highly recommended she’s amazing I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

I would give zero stars if possible. Unprofessional, lacks empathy, slow to respond and very abusive. Save your money. And check yelp reviews. Do not hire this woman. She should have her license removed. I wouldn't trust her too help anyone. She made things worse and more confusing. Sloppy with paperwork. She sent me wrong paperwork ( parent plans of other people and cr2a plans of other people all while blaming me for her unorganized way of working) she quit days before pre trial but didn't file the paperwork right so that had to happen twice. Do. Not. Hire. Her. My case sat cold for months and she didn't do anything until close to pre trial all while I think trying to go to trial... she hung up on me multiple times via the phone. No no no. Run away. Run. Away. If you already have a cluster b spouse and this woman is referred to you you will be fighting her and your spouse your trying to get away from. Don't do it. I was so happy when she finally quit and did it right and I had access to my exes lawyer and paperwork again so I could do it and get it done cleanly, organized and within a good time frame. The only thing good about her was that she was on point with court dates and times. I guess she learned not to mess with the judges. But that's it. Nothing else was good. Absolutely nothing.

Yep, my experience as well. Read these reviews and be warned. She was abusive, gaslit, disorganized, seemed to favor my ex, flat out lied multiple times. I hired her for help and she was a dead weight. She was referred to me and was absolutely awful. If you have a cluster b or difficult spouse you will be fighting them and her at the same time. Everything in the reviews has been my experience as well. Do not hire this woman. Run. Away.

Although I don’t recommend getting into an accident. I do recommend Josh when it’s unavoidable.

Joshua Lowell is my favorite Personal Injury attorney. As an Insurance agent it is so nice to know I have someone I can refer to assist my clients when they need help with a claim or a personal liability issue. He is quick to respond and treats you like family!

I came here solely to also warn others. If you want to lose your entire case, have the judge scold you for failing to provide basic documentation, be lied to and gaslighted about the status of your case and feel like she works for the other attorney then by all means hire her. I made the mistake of believing her and that she knew family law and was an experienced family law attorney only to slowly discover everything she told me was wrong. If you want to have any shot at winning anything, find someone else. You have been warned.

I honestly believe she is fraudulent and purposely draws out cases to charge more. As a legally disabled woman who was dependent on my spouse for 21 years I will be left with nothing. Donna was aware of my disability and high dosage of medications at medications, yet advised me to sign the documents without my ex husband even sending his financials. I not only am losing everything, I am also losing all access to my medical needs and medications which cost over 100,000 per year. I now understand all of the homeless population living under the bridges in Seattle. This woman actually advised me to “get a sugar daddy” instead of doing her job. My ex husbands attorney did all of the work and messed me over for the rest of my life. I should sue her but she literally left me without any money to do so,

Ray Brooks and Polona Brooks we’re diligent in the process and very knowledgeable. They helped us with our car accident case. They really fought hard on our case until closure.

I was able to talk with Josh on the phone prior to my appointment and he didn't make my head spin like another attorney did. I told Josh what I wanted and instead of adding fees and what ifs with every word I spoke he was respectful of my time and my money and didn't talk about how much more it would be and how long and drawn out it would be. Plain, simple as I requested and Josh honored that and I appreciate that.
