Working with Magnuson Lowell after my car accident was a fantastic experience. As an attorney, Josh is very knowledgable and communicative in all aspects of the process. Linda was absolutely wonderful to work with as well. If there was an update in the case, she would call (and email) immediately, no matter the time of day (I'm pretty sure her work hours are 12:00am-11:59pm).... I would recommend Magnuson Lowell for any personal injury case, they are absolutely top notch!

I would like to share my experience with Josh at Magnuson Lowell. He is an enthusiastic and honest attorney, that responds to emails or calls within minutes, and is always very helpful. If you were in a car accident, and you need advice, please call Josh, he will do his best to help you. There is no cost if you call, and you get the best advice.

I've been using Higbee and associates for over a year om multiple charges in different states for the California Division absolutely blown away with the fantastic job that was done and how fast and easy my case manager handled my case. Also one of the reps Jason has above and beyond customer service skills. However my Nevada Case manager has been neglectful, rude, and almost non existent on my case all though its been paid in full and I continually reach out with almost no contact in return. Over all I would definitely recommend higbee and associates for any other state but Nevada

I hired/paid Donna for an easy win case, Donna PROMISED me we have over 50% to win the case. 2days before my hearing day Donna threated to leave my case( what kind lawyer does this to her clint), I begged her how important this is to me and my son. She stayed and did not prepare my case of course lose my case. after that she over billed me. do not hire her, she does not care for you, worst lawyer ever.

Ray Brooks fought hard for me and my rights, working diligently to ensure the best possible outcome. The Brooks Law Firm are true professionals providing their clients with great legal advice and representation. They are great communicators, extremely responsive, and care about justice for their clients. I couldn't recommend the firm more highly.

When I was stressing out about legal paperwork that needed to be processed they stepped up right away, explained what I needed to do and how, they helped process the paperwork. It made the whole process much easier and I left feeling better.

She took so long just to file and sounded very nice before but when I wanted any information or questions asked; she showed like I was bothering her. Every time changing her statements and confusing me. At last, when I relieved her from my case, she didn’t even bother to dismiss the case or tell me that she had filed any case, whereas only told me that she has been waiting for information from my ex, and I had to deal with the unfinished. Very unprofessional. Save your money and time and don’t hire her. Thank me later!!

Although they turned down my case, they were very nice, responsive, took time to answer my questions, and tried to point me in the right direction, so I can find legal help. Josh Lowell was very professional, some lawyers could just ignore you and not deal with basic questions and stuff. He chose to continue to answer questions I had, to at least guide me in the right direction after letting me know he doesn’t get involved with my particular dispute. My review is based on the good customer service service they provided, and not the actual use of them as my attorney.

A respected neighbor gave me a recommendation, The Brooks Law Firm, for my two rear-end auto accidents that happened in less than a year of each other. Right from the first appointment, Ray Brooks scrutinized the documentation that I brought, and asked many detailed questions as his wife and assistant, Polona, took notes. He needed more information so I had my homework. Ray plays to win; he assumes he's going to court and plans accordingly. He doesn't just collect your accident information, file some papers, and go the final settlement meeting. Ray had a general idea of the monetary worth of my case. He and Polona have years of experience and know what they are doing. Polona kept track of all the paperwork and appointments, kept me updated, and explained what she needed and why without any pressure. Ray explained what the next steps were. He said what to expect and guided me through each step of the process: the deposition where my testimony was recorded and transcribed for future use (the attorneys for the other two car accidents asked questions of me), and the recorded medical evaluation with a neurology doctor and an orthopedic surgeon which took two hours. The day of the settlement meeting, the mediator went back and forth, not just once, not just twice, but at least five times between Ray, Polona, and myself in Ray's office, another room with the attorney & their client for the first accident and another room with the attorney & their client for the second accident. I thought the end result was fair. Because of my "outstanding medical and liens" to repay the insurance company, I would not have gotten that much; Ray negotiated with the insurance company for a much more favorable repayment rate. I was very pleased with my settlement.

Josh Lowell has been helping me through the most difficult time in my life regarding modifying my parenting plan (post divorce) in a very contentious endeavor with my ex. Josh is unbelievably responsive, provides a high level of quality and is realistic in his advice - he has told me when unrelated matters are outside of his specialty and does not blow smoke to inflate my ego or confidence. He's realistic and I appreciate his honesty! His involvement in my case and his availability make me feel like I am his number one priority. I never want to go through a divorce or modification again, but if I do, I would, without a doubt use Josh again.
