they updated my case with info, at the longest and very least, once a month. it was a, roughly, 6 and a half month process. I never spoke with anyone over the phone during the whole time and while sometimes it was nerve wracking, the not knowing, it WAS worth every cent and every painstaking worrisome minute. they helped me to finally be free and able to truly move forward with my life.

Getting a divorce is difficult and when adding multiplying health issues onto a very stressful divorce disaster should be on the horizon but thankfully I made the best decision and hired Magnuson Lowell- at first I was with a lawyer that departed the firm shortly after taking my case, Josh Lowell reaches out letting me know that he would like to review my case with me before I made a decision on weather to follow the other lawyer or stay with the firm- I am so thankful I took that meeting, Josh was able to give me way more confidence in my case and in the end I couldn’t have asked for a better resolution to my divorce. When I need a litigator, I start and end with Ray Brooks. He is an expert litigator and zealous advocate who, in a couple of cases, has gotten better results for me than I expected. Ray is as responsive as any lawyer I have ever worked with. He and Polona step willingly into the line of fire and take care of issues that most people dread dealing with--managing hospitals, insurance companies, other lawyers, etc. They have good hearts and willingly give their time to make sure matters are handled properly, including matters that are outside the scope of the pending case but are important to their clients. A long-overdue review for the great work Ray and Polonia did after a car accident I was involved in a couple of years back. I'd characterize my experience as excellent. Working with Ray was very easy. He was engaged and asked all the right questions. His laid back, guy next door personality shouldn't alarm you...he's persistent, tenacious and unafraid of the other side. It took some time to get "them" where we wanted them but, through it all, Ray was working the case, keeping me informed and putting the heat on. Finally, the case was resolved and I walked away satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend Ray Brooks.
