I was fortunate enough to quickly find this office online. I called in and they helped to facilitate a meeting with attorney Josh Lowell. I needed help reviewing some legal documents. Josh was wonderful, he was incredibly efficient, reviewing my documents and setting up a meeting to discuss everything. I have a very busy schedule, so my time is limited and when we had our meeting, he was succinct and to the point. I was very impressed with his ability to communicate some of the more involved terms of my documents so I would have a better understanding. When you look for an attorney, you want to find someone that you can trust professionally because let's face it, it is difficult to understand all of the infinite details associated with the legal system. When you find someone trustworthy, that values your time as well, that's a win on all accounts. Thank you Josh, I really appreciated your help.

After being served with a lawsuit demanding over $300,000 and attorney fees, Rick and Josh did an excellent job defending me and my wife. They eventually got the case dismissed without a trial! Their hard work and dedication to the law was most appreciative.

I feel so lucky to have hired Magnuson Lowell to handle my injury claim. They worked hard; they were amazingly thorough; & they were relentless. The insurance company offered only $50K, we said 'no'. The insurance company then got snotty & withdrew all offers, telling us we were dumb for bringing this claim. But after five days of trial, the jury awarded me over $750,000!! Came here in May to do some marriage agreement paperwork, got paired up with Julia whom I loved. Then got an email saying the attorney got changed over to someone else. I had some questions, exchanged some emails, and then had an invoice for 0.2 hours for reading email and setting up a time, 0.3 hours for looking over the case, all at $250/hour. The attorney wanted to go over the case with me - but had spent all this time looking over documentation, and I would have to spend more time going over everything again, with another attorney. It left a bad taste in my mouth so I decided to cancel - got another invoice, 0.1 hours to set up (another?) time, and 0.1 hours for the termination email. I'm out $175. Be very careful with your money here - it takes 10 minutes to read a four sentence email apparently.

I came to Magnuson Lowell P.S. for help with a family law issue. Sarah Lowell was the one who handled my case. She is a pleasant person and a competent professional who did everything quickly and efficiently. Whenever I had additional questions she was always fast to respond. My experience was an overwhelmingly positive one and I am happy to recommend her to all those who require legal help.

I had a consumer protection case with Delta airlines. Several times I've tried to resolve it by myself with no success - airline reps kept lying to me despite of all the facts I provided. Ray was able to resolve this case in no time - literally it took a day for him to come back with the resolution. I highly recommend Ray for high professionalism and dedication. I know Ray Brooks through our children and their Boy Scout program. My youngest boy was bit by a dog and my deductible was high. I asked Ray about the responsibility of the dog’s owner. I wondered if he could help me. Throughout the process, yes it takes a while especially when insurance is involved, Ray assured me that the law was on our side. He was actually appalled that the woman was denying it and wouldn’t take money up front. In the end, my bills were paid, Ray was paid for his time, and my child was compensated. I am thankful for Ray’s hard work and diligence. He totally came through for us and I recommend him if you are looking for someone to support you and what is right.
