My case was relatively long due to COVID-19, but the Le & Kittleson team was able to make things possible whilst giving transparent consultations. One thing I would like to see better in the future for improvement would be the need to follow-up more with their clients rather than having to reach out so often (monthly basis). Overall, the experience has been great and would repeat again. Keep up the great work!

Our case was not going to settle for much until Ed and his team stepped in with their expertise. They saved our case and so much of our time. We wish we have gone to them a lot sooner. Ed’s reputation speaks for itself. Ed was also very personal and helpful beyond the case settlement.

With all the positive reviews I can’t help but wonder if I went to a different office for help. I went out of my way from Seattle to this office and was turned away in 5 min. - Le couldn’t be bothered with my case since I hadn’t yet scheduled surgery - something that could have been discussed ahead of time. Then I went out of my way to follow up on my shoulder scans and, without even asking, my physician recommended surgery so I immediately followed up with Le’s office. The receptionist seemed annoyed that I asked her to text me a fax number to forward documentation to since I didn’t have a pen on hand. I asked them kindly to confirm if and when they receive the documents. A week went by and tried to call and text asking if it was received and no response. I’m in real pain and my mental and financial well being have been seriously altered by the City of Seattle but I guess my case isn’t worth the time of this office. In all professionalism they could have simply stated they weren’t really interested in my case to begin with.

Linda and her team are amazing! She went above and beyond for me. Truly cares for all her clients and does the absolute best! She always kept me up to date with everything going on and I could not be more grateful for all she had done!!

Linda is a great lawyer, she was willing to answer any questions I had at any time of the day. She made sure that I was comfortable for my first trial as well as guiding me through everything I needed to know. She helped me with my first accident when I was 16 and was great at communication with my parents and I. Highly recommend!
