Allison is a boss. She was able to get me a fair parenting plan quickly and easily through meditation. This was 10 years ago and her rates were really good. I don’t know what they are now but I would hire her again in a heart beat.

Pat Chvatal is hands down the BEST there is! I can’t thank her enough for all the work she put into my case. Pat not only helped me gain custody and get out of an unhealthy marriage but she’s also the reason I got my happily ever after! If you want the best. You have to hire the best! I highly recommend her to EVERYONE!!

This place and everyone who works here is awesome. (From my experience) I was completely lost and needed a lot of help. I was sent to Allison through legal aid and it didn't even take a full year to get divorced. As I said this place is AWESOME!!!

The best attorney in Tri-Cities. I love pat for many reasons, but the main reason is she KNOWS the family law system, she gives advice you can count on and what you can expect in your case, no BS, no wasting anyone's time, she cuts through all of my overthinking or any ideas others have shared with me - she gives it to you straight to protect you and help you LIVE YOUR LIFE beyond the family court mess, and I appreciate that. If I have a question she has a fast answer for me to move on and not worry about my divorce, which I am happy to report is over and was a very high conflict one and lasted 2 years with a covert narcissist who made countless threats. Her experience is amazing, she is the best and knows her stuff, which is such a relief when it comes to family law as she moves things forward (or not, if she does not see the need to argue) as needed to help you be successful not only in the courtroom but with your life! She was so encouraging and thoughtful of making sure I go and live my life beyond this divorce and that always made my heart so happy, she was so great about thinking beyond the divorce mess when we spoke. She is also a very kind person, encouraging and fun to talk to, a great mother, and a great boss to her staff, I really just like her as a person! Her staff are usually very friendly as well - one bad encounter with one of them but the rest of them are sweet as can be! I will always use her for anything family law, I respect her, like her as a person, and enjoy working with her a lot! Hire Pat to help you get your life back! :)

Worst attorney ever,,, pretends she cares but really doesn't and when the tough got going she gave up and wants me to give everything to my ex husband,,,then she told me $2000 to retain ..and didn't do anything and now says I owe her $3284 more...she's a joke and ignores you and makes her own descions on your case ...WORST ATTORNEY EVER...😡

Family law attorney that I personally would NOT recommend. My husband had Patricia representing him after he was fighting his ex for joint custody of their 2 children in 2012. He wanted week on week off and his ex and attorneys never claimed he was unfit as a parent and yet after 12k + all he got was the minimum of every other weekend and Wednesdays. If you're fighting for week on week off; I would definitely find someone else to fight for you. Hopefully in the future Washington State will realize children need fathers in their lives and allow fathers the same rights mothers have. 50/50. I just pray my bonus son doesn't end up with the same baby mama drama as his dad.
