Jen from the immigration team is amazing and super helpful. She went above and beyond to help us with our case. We work odd hours but Jen worked around our schedule to make sure that we are prepared and ready for our interview. She explained to us very clearly and made sure that we didn't miss any important documents or anything that's needed before we went into our interview. She also responds fast and very professional.
