The dynamics and approach for the application of the H1-B were unique and did pose some risk in terms of NOT being approved..well, not only did Joel and his team get a 3 year H1-B work permit, they were able to get it extended for an additional 3 years taking us to 2010. We decided together that we would not go for a third renewal for reasons that had nothing to do with Joel/the firm. He suported my decision and we will continue to work together when ever myself or my colleagues/family in Canada require one of the best immigration lawyers/firms in the US.
