My employer had filed an Employment Based Two petition for my position with a request for a national interest waiver. The USCIS requested additional evidence for the waiver. I thought every possible piece of evidence had been submitted with the petition, but the USCIS wanted more. All of my family’s applications for permanent residency had been filed based on the petition.
