Because Washington allows out of state divorces as long as at least one spouse is a resident of WA, I was able to file for divorce from my state of residence. Nathan helped guide me through the process with his proficiency, putting my mind at ease when I needed it most. His friendliness made it easy to approach him with questions, and he was always quick to respond even on opposite coasts! This process, regardless of how amiable both parties are, is never easy, but Nathan took away any additional stress so I could focus on other things. I'd definitely recommend him to others.

I recently contacted Nathan about a bankruptcy case and he gave me good advice even though he does not do bankruptcy cases. He basically said he didn't want to waste my time or money and advised me to find someone who specializes in these cases. He was responsive and helpful and I appreciate his candor.

I worked with Mark Alexander on my divorce. I hired him as my pro se attorney while doing most of the paperwork and legwork myself. This is a great group. I worked with Mimi Buescher, who is a phenomenal lawyer. Her support staff is also excellent. When I found myself in the process of a divorce, I was so shell-shocked that I couldn't process any information. Ms. Buescher was amazing--she told me exactly what to do, gave me excellent advice, and redirected me appropriately when I got off track. She worked like a maniac for me, and responded immediately when I needed her. I felt completely protected and supported. Her passion for her job is contagious, and she was a terrific role model for me throughout the divorce process. She has a great understanding of people, and because of her calm and reassuring approach, she was able to diffuse some very difficult issues that came up in my case.

When I first met Mimi I was a mess. I was in a very mentally fragile state and had a hard time focusing.
