Divorce is hard enough without your lawyers also trying to take advantage of you. These people waste time, and their billing practices are predatory. They are poor advocates for the people they work for. My father, who is a disabled veteran, recently used them, and they took advantage of his mental illness to take over $30, 000 from him without making any progress toward settling the divorce. They ask for an additional $45,000 deposit if the divorce case goes to court, which they don't disclose until they've already worked with you for a while and taken a significant amount of money. The law firm has their own loan office, named LexFin, which conveniently offers loans for the exact amount of the deposit they ask for. This all seems very predatory; as if people will detailed legal knowledge created a scam to take most of your money while you are emotionally vulnerable. Maybe that's all divorce attorneys, but this business is especially bad, and I would recommend that other people look elsewhere for representation if they need representation in a divorce.

I had a mis understanding with them in the start of journey becoming debt free and everyone i the office was so kind and nice and so helpful. I will suggest this place t anyone needing help. Thank you such for helping me get my life on a better road !

I have known Mr. KOLKE for years now, and am still impressed with how knowledgeable he is. He worked hard this time around to help me get custody of my daughter, and get her out of a really bad living situation with her alcoholic mother, and boyfriend. I was referred to Attorney James Banks after talking with an acquaintance about a car accident that I had where someone rear ended me on the freeway 2 years prior. I was telling him how my 3 years statute of limitation was coming up and I would probably settle. Set up an over the phone consultation with one of your attorneys. Phone call happened at 3:00 pm today 10/11. The most unprofessional display of potential representation I have encountered. Child support is the main concern of mine as the state has requested a review due to my child’s mother’s seeking state assistance due to her late husband’s passing. the attorney I spoke to had enough audacity to say she doesn’t do “pro Bono” work. I had $13,000 set aside for your company as a retainer when the ask was $4,500. Complete trash from your attorney for that comment. Avoid this company at all costs. Way better options that don’t rush to judgment. Will update with attorneys name once I call back tomorrow to confirm who I spoke with. Terrible terrible terrible. Avoid avoid avoid

I would highly recommend working with James Banks. The insurance company I was dealing with was giving me the eternal runaround and my case wasn't the easiest to prove. James quickly digested a lot of complex details and secured a settlement.
