I highly recommend Cindy Wysocki as your family law attorney. After searching long and tirelessly for an attorney with no luck, I had a friend recommend I call family law attorney, Cindy Wysocki. Despite how busy she is, Cindy got me in for an appointment right away and took on my case. Cindy is incredibly passionate about her clients and fighting for their justice. I can’t express my gratitude enough for what she has done for me and my children. Cindy is very knowledgeable of her laws and she makes it a priority to explain in further detail if you don’t quite fully understand something. I feel Cindy represented me better than anybody else could because she gave me a voice when I had none. Cindy truly has a one of a kind, compassionate and honest heart. She is non-judge-mental and understanding. Cindy really pays attention and remembers every important detail. She gathers every document and puts it all together to beautifully represent your case. I hired Sean to help navigate return to army custody after being awol for over 5 years. I had re-enlisted after an honorable discharge and was in the process of being kicked out for a U.A failure when I went AWOL. This and a few other details made my case fairly complex. Sean was upfront about the possible outcomes. He came up with a game plan and got to work. He ended up getting me the BEST possible outcome I could imagine. When I say that I’m not exaggerating. I had fully expected to be back in uniform on a base somewhere at some point but, the army proceeded me out without penalty. Sean was communicative through out. He let me know what was going on and what to expect. I really can’t recommend him enough. I’m keeping his number on speed dial that’s for sure.

Government vs Jocelyn Stewart When you are going against the government, you will need someone on your side that will fight on your behalf every step of the way. I have 19 years in the military, and I found myself in trouble which is all my fault. The government wanted to take all my retirement and VA benefits away by giving me an Other Than Honorable Discharge. I did not know who to ask for help other than my military-appointed attorney. Her due diligence helped me get my benefits back. Now, I can finally move forward with my life after this tough lesson I just went through.

I was up against multiple specification of a bogus charge that had the potential to follow me the rest of my life. Mr Kolke took my money then didn’t call or file the correct documents. He was late 4 hours to Trial. My divorce was final & he was notified on September 16, 2020 . I found out I was divorce by checking online September 21, 2020. He has refuses to tell me legally what is in the final order .My x husband has been harassing the day after the trial 07.13.2020 & I ask for him to file a no contact order . The courts will not allow me to do it because he is the lawyer on file . My x husband call the mortgage company & change the terms of the loan which they can report the loan is in rears because he took convert 19 variance loan on it , on September 22, 2020 & the decree was final September 16, 2020 & i the was awarded the home , but he has not followed through by filing a quick claim deed . I have called his office , which by the way is not his office . He only meets people there to put a fake Appearance. He also Represented other family members and did not tell me till the day before of trial , which my x husband use them against me . My x is refusing to pay the credit card debts that was occurred in our 28 years of marriage , and somehow got the Judge to award my x husband 120.000 lien on the home after stealing all of the 401 k and leaving my son& I to go on food stamps .Mr . Kolke failed to subpoena my x husband’s W-2s or bank statements for the last three years but did request & took mine and I had no income other than my Social Security of $200 a month & x husband told the judge he didn’t have a computer & have 2 paystub that were lowest ones & said he wasn’t working due to the covert 19 . The trial took three days and the third day my ex-husband told the judge that he was missing the third day of work and this is after he told the judge that he wasn’t working and got away with that. Mr Kolke didn’t object . To this date , Mr. Kolke still refuses to complete the documents from the divorce & I still do not know all the legal ramifications in final decree . I’m told that the judge made award on the home to me that was not legal and I cannot get answers and did send a declaration to the court asking about them but I have not gotten a response yet because Mr Kolke is the lawyer on file ..I can’t even file a no contact order because Mr. Kolke is the lawyer on file. My home will go in default starting next week because I still have no answer . Mr Kolke wasn’t against any smart Lawyer , he went up against my x husband who represent Himself & Judge Chushoff who was bias from the start & did the paper work for my x husband & yet again Mr Kolke didn’t object or file any motions on my behalf or my son. Oh he even got my son child support reduce that dshs had verified his pay . maybe the court should’ve had use dshs doc instead of just taking my x word saying “ I couldn’t get my taxes because I didn’t have a computer. It was my understanding that the court could pull that at anytime. Say a prayer for us because we are going to be on the streets , after & what mr Kolke is still doing .

Desmond Kolke has a heart for justice and taking care of his clients. I first started working with him almost a year ago in what seemed like a simple case. It has not been.
