Got hit with a DUI in my 30's for the first time in my life. Felt like a horrible person. James White treated me like human being that made a mistake and made me feel like I deserved a second chance. Walked me through everything and painted a picture so I didn't feel like my life was over. And his rate was reasonable for the amount of experience you get when you hire James White. It is not often you find a lawyer who is willing to listen to your story. Not just listen and then try to play the court system. A lawyer who listens to your story and then listens to how you wish to proceed. Mr. White took on my case and listened to my fears of what could be and what might be. And instead of stating that it was impossible for those to come true, or make empty promises that he had no way of keeping, addressed my fears and walked me thru what he could do to keep it from happening and what he was going to do to for the case it self. As a law firm its natural we did not keep in contact 24/7 however when I was needed or when I appeared for court he was always courteous and asked how I have been versus getting down straight to the case. Which was phenomenal as it gives a sense of normality versus a business transaction. Its the small things that help someone thru times of crises. Not only was Mr. White very courteous he also did his job beyond expectation.
