Let's face it none of us want to read these reviews. The reason that we do is because we need representation. I was involved in an incident that was embellished and told very inaccurately by the "victim" to the police. This ended up with me being charged with a crime that I myself was actually the victim of. After being charged with this crime, I waited to seek representation because I honestly believed the charges would be dropped. My court date was quickly approaching and I reached out to Mr. White. Mr. White listened to my recollection of the events that night and decided to take on my case. Mr. White took the time to listen and ensure that he understood all aspects of my case and the consequences for my particular situation. Mr. White was quick to get the ball moving with having me acquire items that commonly help in the court process. Mr. White has a relationship with the prosecutors and is not afraid to have meetings with their supervisors if needed. This comes into play to feel out what they are thinking in terms of charges, deals and if the case can be dropped. My particular case took 11 months which was way longer then I would have liked, however, my case had very special circumstances. Throughout the process I was presented with multiple deals and given the option to accept or decline. I was given all of the information to ensure my decision was well informed. After rejecting multiple offers from the prosecutor Mr. White was able to get this case dismissed with prejudice. Thank you Mr. White for assisting with the justice system getting this one right.

I gave these guys a call after receiving a ticket for not having a front license plate. Even though they mostly handle criminal defense cases, they explained that it was a non-moving violation and that as long as I fixed the issue I would get it dismissed, and it did.
