I had some questions around real estate matters and Mr. Smith was able to answer them and address my concerns. All in a free consultation.

The worst ever. Don't trust them. I've had a horrible experience and a ton of money and time spent on nothing.

I called David Smith to schedule a consultation and he asked me to give him a quick summary of my case before scheduling an appointment. It was a great call. He spent 10 minutes with me to give me an orientation on the area of law where my case falls. Even better, he suggested a better approach to solving my problem. What amazed me is that he asked me to call him back to review my correspondence with the company I wanted to sue. Its great that he is willing to give me a little of his time to help me help myself to solve a problem which probably doesn't need legal representation.

David was 2 1/2 hours late to our consultation and gave no heads up. Unprofessional. Edit to add: Upon submitting my review, we immediately got a call requesting we take it down. We also received an email. The email states what I did in my review: we had a consultation at 5, we called them at 6, he didn’t call back until 7:30pm. He was very quick to pester us about removing the review, but couldn’t be bothered to send an email or quick call to reschedule our appointment. For context, Erika is my mother, Josh is my husband. You can see he also states that the review needs to be removed to move forward with them. I would not trust this lawyer with your time or expect him to be honest.

Jason S. Newcombe is the hand's down best attorney I've ever had represent me in a very serious hit and run crash and a high speed chase with police while off of my medications for schizophrenia. Jason fight for me for 2 years. He would tell me don't worry brother I've got your back. You're not a criminal this case has always been a mental health case. You need to stay on your medication's continue mental health counseling. Continue seeing your psychiatrist. Find some local groups to volunteer with. Take several different types of defensive driving classes. Continue to carry full coverage insurance. Don't get any new traffic violations. Keep your nose clean and don't get into any more trouble. I did everything Jason asked me to do and then some. I've kept my nose clean and stayed on all of my medications religiously. I really took everything Jason told me to heart because he's a very intelligent person. Jason Newcombe really does have your best interest at heart. Jason's law firm associates are very professional and everyone is very personable. I'm so grateful I chose Jason Newcombe as my attorney I thought for sure I was going to receive jail time especially with a past record. Jason fought hard for me for 2 years and I ended up with a very good deal. My case was dismissed without prejudice I serve no jail time I got my life back. Thank you Jason from all your hard work, wisdom and guidance. I will truly be grateful to Jason and Fritz and everyone else that worked hard on my case. My entire outlook on life it's changed for the better. I make much wiser decisions now. I take all my medications as directed. I follow all laws. I continue to volunteer and I will never forget those words Jason spoke to me. You are not a criminal! I'm not! I just got in over my head and Jason was there to throw me your life preserver.
