By far the worst experience we have ever had. Almost two years and $16,000 absolutely wasted. Zero regard for the emotional toll these court cases put on a family and the fact that these court decisions can ruin someone’s life. Why did we have to do so much communication with the other party and their lawyer? Why did our case lapse because nothing was filled/submitted for 90 days? Why was it so much work to get questions answered and updates on our case? We would’ve been better off representing ourselves. They claimed to have tried to reach us by phone so many times and yet we never had missed calls or voicemails from them. Our case isn’t even done and we received a letter of withdrawal. Good riddance. EDIT: They are claiming my review is false and that I was not a client. My partner was technically the client so of course they will say that but I dealt with the case more than him.

In 2022, I contacted Washington State Bankruptcy Lawyers but did not proceed with bankruptcy filing at that time. My situation got more serious the next year (2023), so I began looking for a bankruptcy lawyer again. I happened to read several reviews about Erin (Washington State Bankruptcy Lawyers) and they compelled me to contact her again. I cannot critically judge her work from a legal point, but I can tell that she did an amazing job of preparing my file (because I saw it). She was professional and straight to the point. My communication to her was promptly answered. With her help I was discharged very quickly because she gave me important advice in a timely manner. I felt I was taking care of and was not abandoned (like with another lawyer). This was a big deal to me, and Erin didn’t disappoint. I have a great respect for her, and my gratitude goes beyond words. Thank you, Erin, very much!
