Mr. Braswell represented me in a very complicated divorce case involving five children. The case was complicated by a divorce decree obtained (without my knowledge) from another country. At the very beginning, Mr. Braswell clearly explained the law that was on my side, but also warned me about all possible outcomes. Fees were discussed up front and there were no surprises at the end. He always answered my emails and returned my calls. He always updated me on what was going on with my case. His confidence, advice and guidance relieved my stress during extremely difficult and painful times. It was easy for me to trust his ability to defend me. I was impressed with how well prepared he was for every hearing leading up to the trial. I was so intimidated by what my spouse’s expensive firm was throwing at us. But not Mr. Braswell. I was so amazed by his ability to maintain a calm, respectful and professional courtroom demeanor during trial. His questions for witnesses were organized and easy to follow. He was able to back my spouse into a corner with polite, but sharp and to-the-point questions! Mr. Braswell exposed all the lies and discrepancies. He won the case. He over-delivered. I have sole custody of my children. My ex-spouse was ordered to pay child support, alimony and my attorney fees. The property and business was also divided beyond my hopes. Looking at the outcome and at what I paid the firm – Mr. Braswell is worth every penny! I can start my new life with my children thanks to him. Mr. Braswell is an exceptionally sharp lawyer, but also a genuine human being. You just don’t find lawyers like him. Going through bankruptcy can be very difficult and stressful. Mr. Bill Beecher is very relatable, knowledgeable and has been working in this industry for many years. He explains all the necessary steps to follow to insure a smooth process. He's very easy to get in contact for questions and concerns. Whether, I left a voice message or email, he responded promptly. He definitely makes you feel like you're his number one priority, although he may be busy with other clients. I was originally referred to him by a friend. Unfortunately, I had to retain him twice, and each time was super impressed and grateful with his services.

Bill Beecher took care of my bankruptcy, I was in the middle of my divorce and trying to take care of my self and my kids. He made the process easy and always answer all the questions I had.

David is kind, professional, prompt and honest. I had been through very hard time but David was always there for me. As stated in the title, Mr. Braswell is an excellent lawyer. His experience, expertise, and knowledge in family law has gotten me more custody of my child than I could have expected from other lawyers I consulted. My case is very difficult and painful but he always has a positive attitude that has put me at ease. He is calm and confident in the courtroom and always impresses with his professional demeanor. Mr. Braswell has always respected my decisions according to my case but makes sure that he advises me on the best course of action and at times inaction. I was ordered to appear at an emergency hearing on short notice the first time Mr. Braswell represented me. I was only able to spend forty-five minutes consulting with him before said hearing. At the end of that hearing, thanks to his expertise I was awarded primary custodial parent and the accusations the other party ambushed me with were squashed. I can truly say I could not have hired a better lawyer than Mr. Braswell for my case. He is worth every penny that his firm charges and then some.

I had a very tricky situation happen to me involving my three year old daughter. Needless to say david was able to find the other party in contempt almost effortlessly - ead very caring snd understanding of my situation and I felt like he really wanted to help me.
